Flexible acrylic waterproofing coating

A premixed one-pack heavy duty elastic water based acrylic coating that is easily applied to form a resilient barrier over concrete and masonry roofs and walls. Elastakote will waterproof the substrate and protect if from weather and atmospheric degradation. Will remain elastic and will bridge and seal hairline cracks.

Features:

Easy to apply - water based, flexible coating accommodates substrate movement, excellent weather, UV light, chemical and CO2 and water vapour resistance. Excellent bond to most building materials, bridges and seals hairline cracks and will not peel or blister.

Roltex

An acrylic textured finish for masonry walls

A flexible acrylic paste that is applied with a roller over interior and exterior masonry building surfaces to form a resilient, waterproof, decorative, textured finish.

Features:

Ready to use and easy to apply, mould and fungi resistant, 10-15 years life depending on thickness, resists atmospheric chemical attach, scuffing and hard knocks. Rainwater cannot penetrate but water vapour can migrate out, weathering occurs slowly without spalling and flaking. Hides cracked and patched surfaces and has very little dirt pick up, high flexibility and tensile strength enables the coating to accommodate substrate movement.
